FMP 1: The Huntarian Museum

I went to the Huntarian museum for more reference of cross-sections and dissections. Whilst there was certainly a wealth of material there, it’s not quite the direction I would like to take this project. The imagery I gathered from my visit is quite gruesome and, whilst that is never something I’m opposed to, it doesn’t fit the aesthetic of the E4 brand and it’s not something that I plan to introduce to it. There is always the option to develop the imagery and give it a “pop-ier”, more light-hearted tone (which is an aesthetic I enjoy working in) but I feel that would be too derivative of the magician E sting that I referenced previously.

It was an interesting visit and, whilst it didn’t directly contribute towards my submission,  it reaffirmed my commitment to an upbeat, playful aesthetic and tone.
